1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help us remember preferences, secure sessions and measure how the site is used. Similar techniques such as local storage, session storage and pixels also fall under “cookies” for the purposes of this policy.
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary — required for core platform features such as authentication, session management and security. Always placed and do not require consent under article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act.
- Preferences — remember language, region and display choices.
- Analytics — collect anonymised usage statistics. We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-friendly and does not require consent.
- Marketing — not currently used. If we introduce marketing cookies in the future, we will request explicit consent through a cookie banner.

4. Third-party cookies
The following third parties may place cookies via our website. They are themselves responsible for how they process this data.
- Stripe — to secure payments. See the Stripe cookie policy.
- Vercel — for hosting and anonymised analytics. See the Vercel privacy policy.
- Google — only when you choose OAuth sign-in with Google. See the Google cookie policy.
5. Consent and withdrawal
For analytics and marketing cookies we ask for consent in advance via a cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting cookies through your browser or via the cookie settings at the bottom of each page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will affect how the Platform works.
7. Changes
This cookie policy may be updated periodically when we introduce new cookies or change existing ones. For material changes we will request consent again.
